About us
in 2000, cayngal group concerned to start charity organization to take a part the rebuilding process of somalia after it had been devastated by the civil war in Somalia.Beginning with a meager $1000 in the bank, dedicated volunteer shareholders of cayngal group help propel a small education and development organization in hargeisa in 2001. now in 2023 the foundation transformed into an regional organization that today serves several countries across the east of africa.
our cause
Since our inception 2000, equity has been a central tenant of our work with the recognition that poverty and other humanitarian disenfranchisement are key drivers of the community in the east of africa. In addition, we understand that racial discrimination continues to be an explicit factor in the systemic distribution of resources that support whole soceity.

We work with goverments, youth-serving organizations, businesses, and communities across the nation to transform the poor into healthier environments and economics. Through our evidence-based programming and innovative resources, we empower those who work closely with poor poeple to help them develop lifelong happy life.
